Phelps man arrested for public lewdness

A 42-year-old Phelps man has been charged with public lewdness.

Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies tell News10NBC a woman called police to report that she was being followed by a man, later identified by police as Christopher Leu, and that he exposed himself which standing on Main Street in the Village of Phelps.

Leu was also charged with harassment.
