The man accused of inappropriately touching the feet of young girls has been declared competent to stand trial.
The Monroe County District Attorney's Office says Anthony Perri can now stand trial. It says it was notified by the Rochester Psychiatric Center.
Perri is accused of fondling the feet of two young girls at the Penfield Library this summer. He claims he was set up.
Back in August, a judge ordered Perri to undergo a year of medical treatment and supervision until he could stand trial.
Perri is due in court next week.
