Driver charged in crash that killed Wayne County teen

News10NBC has new information about a crash in September that killed a 14-year-old boy. State police say they have issued tickets to the driver who hit him.

14-year -old Neil Hoover was killed when he was hit by an SUV while riding his bike on Clyde-Marengo Road in Galen, Wayne County.

The driver of that SUV, Cynthia Napoleon, 60, was ticketed on November 29 for reckless driving and making an unsafe lane change.
