Ten dogs seized from Erie County home

Ten dogs have been taken from an Erie County home. State Police say one of the dogs was hurt and found in the trunk of a car.

Troopers responded to a domestic violence complaint Monday in the Town of Brant. Investigators found the dogs all over the home. They arrested 21-year-old Tyrell Oden of Buffalo and 53-year-old Halbert Brooks of Farmham.

Halbert is charged with harassment and Oden is charged with animal cruelty.

More charges are pending.
