Greece man sentenced for possessing child pornography

A Greece man who was convicted of possessing child pornography was sentenced to 18 months in prison on Tuesday.

The Assistant U.S. Attorney who is handling the case says Robert G. Miller Jr. possessed an HP laptop computer and a Western Digital external hard drive, each containing images of child pornography. Miller was also convicted of using the file-sharing software, Limeware and he had images, which included depictions of prepubescent children. Miller also had 81 videos that depicted images of violence involving children.

Miller was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 15 years supervised release.
