The Henrietta man accused of inappropriately touching the feet of young girls at the Penfield Library will be in court on Thursday.
In August, a judge ordered Anthony Perri to undergo a year of medical treatment and supervision until he could stand trial.
On November 30, The Monroe County DA's Office told News10NBC that Perri was declared competent to stand trial.
The office says it was notified by the psychiatric center.
News10NBC will bring you further updates on the trial as they come in.
