CareerBuilder.com says 2013 will bring hirings and firings.
More than a quarter of employers surveyed say they will add full-time, permanent positions in the new year. That's an increase over 2012 but so is the number of employers who anticipate cutting jobs. Nine percent say they'll slash head count.
Sales and information technology are the top two positions managers plan to fill and where they plan to increase salaries.
