Three Rochester men are facing burglary and grand larceny charges after an incident in Brighton.

Brighton Police tell News10NBC a man saw an unknown vehicle with three men inside pull into his neighbor's driveway in the 2500 block of Elmwood Avenue and forcibly entered the home on December 28. That neighbor called 911 and reported the incident.

With the neighbor's description of the three men and the vehicle, police say they were able to track the suspects to Rochester where they ran away but were later arrested. Investigators say they recovered a large quantity of stolen goods.

Jimmie Rutley, 33, 24-year-old Willis Knight and 27-year-old Jerrod Braithwaite are charged with burglary, grand larceny and criminal mischief -- all felonies.

All three men were arraigned in Brighton. Rutley and Braithwaite are being held without bail due to predicate felon status. Bail was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond for Knight.
