Genesee County couple scratches their way to $5-million

How would you like to start 2013 a few million dollars richer? That’s how a Genesee County couple is ringing in the new year.

Jasvir Kaur and her husband who are from Bergen won the top prize on a $5,000,000 Multiplier scratch off ticket.

The couple will receive more than $3.3-million in a lump sum. Kaur says she plans on buying a car and taking care of her family.
