It's a tough list to make, but once again products from our area will be on display during the presidential inauguration festivities.

U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer, who is part of the planning for the inaugural ceremonies, announced Wednesday that wine from the Finger Lakes Region will be on the menu for the inaugural luncheon for President Obama on January 21st.

The wine will include a Tierce 2010 Finger Lakes Dry Riesling and a 2009 Merlot from the North Fork of Long Island.

Another item on the menu is the Seaway Trail Honey, which is also made in the Greater Rochester area.

“I'm always incredibly impressed, not only with the quantity of the New York products, but the quality, and I'm also excited to share them with friends and people I know, and today my wish came true,” said Sen. Schumer.

On Wednesday the Inaugural Committee also announced some of the performers for the presidential ceremony.

Officials say Beyonce will sing the national anthem, and Kelly Clarkson and James Taylor will also hit the stage January 21st.
