Rochester Police say icy conditions caused three separate officers to crash Thursday night in the area of Child and Danforth Streets.
They say the first officer couldn't come to a stop at an intersection in the area, lost control of his car and hit a curb. The tires and undercarriage of his cruiser were damaged.
A little while later, two other officers were in the same area, when they both lost control of their cars and also hit the curb.
News10NBC is told one of the officer's cars spun around and hit a guide wire support pole, snapping the pole in half.
Investigators say none of the officers were hurt and the cars are repairable.
Power was knocked out to the area for a little while after the crash, but it has since been restored.
