We have new information on our investigation into the controversy involving bingo, scholarship money and a Catholic church in Greece.

Since our story aired last week, we're told the parish of St. John the Evangelist has agreed to pay the bingo volunteers the scholarship money the volunteers said they earned at the bingos. The volunteers called us after they said the parish denied them, for months, the money they earned between July and September.

The volunteers are accepting $95 per credit. Each credit equals a handful of bingos. The volunteers says, in the past, they were paid $250 per credit.

In an email to us, the volunteers thanked News10NBC and wrote, "without you this would not have been resolved."
