A Rochester man is facing federal charges after officials say he made false threats against Kodak.
The U.S. Attorney's Office says Omer Fadhel Saleh Mohammed, 31, made 21 calls to 911 claiming a terrorist was going to bomb Kodak Corporation. According to officials the calls were placed between September 24 of last year and January 24 of this year.
Officials say the calls resulted in emergency responses from Rochester Police and Fire Departments.
Mohammed made an initial court appearance on Monday. He was released and is due back in court March 4.
