Police in Genesee County are looking for a man who they say robbed a beauty supply store at knifepoint Saturday morning.

It happened around 9:15 a.m. at the Sally Beauty Supply shop on Veterans Memorial Drive in the Town of Batavia.

Deputies tell News10NBC the woman working in the store saw the man walk in with a ski mask on. That's when she said he demanded money from the cash register and then from the her purse.

Once he got the money police say he tied her hands behind her back, then tied her feet together and left the store and told her not to make any phone calls for five minutes. Luckily the woman working wasn't hurt.

Investigators say the suspect may be driving a light colored 2002-2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee with blue and gold New York plates.

If you have any information you're asked to call the Genesee County Sheriff's Office at 343-5000.
