Three men are facing charges following a month-long investigation into the sale, distribution and growing of marijuana in the Medina area.
Law enforcement in Orleans County executed a search warrant at a home on Horan Road in the Town of Ridgeway and seized 300 marijuana plants, more than one pound of dried marijuana, a .22 caliber rifle, scales, packaging, indoor grow equipment and other drug paraphernalia.
Jacob Callara, 50 of Medina, 49-year-old Bruce Harrold of Lyndonville and 46-year-old Alejandro Martinez of Medina are charged with criminal possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing cannabis.
All three men were arraigned and remanded to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of bail.
The investigation is ongoing and News10NBC is told further arrests and charges are pending.
