If you live in Bath, officials are warning of rolling black-outs possibly Monday. This is related to a power outage Saturday night that lasted eight hours. That outage was caused by equipment damage at a substation.
Officials from the Bath Electric System are asking people to conserve electricity by setting heat below 60 degrees and don't use major electronics such as dishwashers and microwaves.
The electric system has been shifted to a reduced capacity network while the substation is repaired and overuse could cause rolling black-outs.
No word on when the restrictions will be lifted.
