Tax breaks approved for College Town Project

A step forward for a revitalization project along Mount Hope and Elmwood Avenues. 

The County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency(COMIDA) approved a tax break for developers for College Town.

The University of Rochester project will create new restaurants, retail and housing space. The price tag is $100 million.
