The Rochester Police Department says two men were seriously hurt after a car crash on the city's northside early Saturday morning.
The Rochester Police Department tells News10NBC that the crash happened on North Street just after midnight. Investigators say that a 23-year-old man was driving northbound on North Street when he lost control of his vehicle at the Clifford Avenue intersection. Police say the car slammed into a utilty pole, then hit a house and parked car, before the car flipping over.
The crash knocked power lines down and the men had to be removed from the car.
Officers say that the driver was not hurt during the accident, but a 17-year-old man and an 18-year-old man were both seriously injured and currently in critical condition at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Police say they are still investigating the crash and charges are pending.
