Home ownership is part of the American dream and this Sunday, the City of Rochester is making it easy for you with everything you need to buy a home under one roof.

City Living Sundays starts this Sunday at School No. 43 on Lyell Avenue.

Rochester leaders got together Tuesday morning to spread the news. This year's event will start with free bus tours of City neighborhoods. Lenders will also be on hand along with realtors and neighborhood associations.

Mayor Tom Richards says the City has a lot to offer. “We have everything from starter homes that don't cost very much and in an environment today with good financing options to landmark houses that cost an awful lot of money. This is what the City offers. What the City offers is variety.”

City Living Sundays starts Sunday, March 17, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at School No. 43 and will feature the City’s west side. The following Sunday, the City’s east side will be featured at East High School.
