Police: Lima man drove on two flat tires, charged with felony DWI

A Lima man is charged with DWI after police say he was driving with two flat tires and his four-way flashers on.

Dalibor Crisan, 29, is facing a felony DWI charge.

Police say they pulled him over early Monday morning in West Bloomfield after they noticed he was driving with his four-way flashers on and his car had two flat tires.

According to officials, Crisan admitted he had been drinking at a bar in Bloomfield and when leaving the bar, said he hit a rock, which caused the flat tires.

He is due in West Bloomfield Town Court to answer to the charges.
