JetBlue airways hopes to lure cross-country travelers by adding a premium touch to its daytime flights.
According to JetBlue’s chief commercial officer, passengers are choosing not to fly cross-country routes on JetBlue because of the lack of premium seats and wi-fi so the airline is making a change.
It plans to start selling premium seats on some of its cross-country flights next year but the seats will only be available on daytime flights and the cost and number of premium seats has not be disclosed.
JetBlue also has plans to install wi-fi on all of its planes.
