It's that time of the year again. It's time for City Living Sundays.
City Living Sundays is a chance for you to get a look at the housing inventory in the City of Rochester.
This week's event brought potential buyers to the city's east side.
Booths were set up at East High School and realtors and school district staff were available to talk about the neighborhood and offer up advice to home buyers.
You could also walk through more than 100 open houses to get a better look at properties.
Organizers say this one-stop-shop can help prospective home buyers in a lot of ways.
“A lot of times people come up with the thought, 'I want to buy a home,' but they don't know where to turn. This is the place to turn. As I mentioned before, we got the housing agencies here that are going to help you look at your credit if you've got credit challenges. If not, they are going help you take the first steps to help you get into your home,” said Beverly Fair-Brooks, Co-Chair for City Living events.
City Living Sunday went from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
