March 26 is Diabetes Alert Day, a one-day "wake-up call", asking the American public to take the diabetes risk test to access their risk for developing Type 2 Diabetes.
The test asks simple questions about weight, age, family history and other potential risk factors for pre-diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes.
Warren Hern, CEO of Unity Hospital Systems and Kelly Mueller, American Diabetes Association, were on Roc City Tonight Monday to talk about Diabetes Alert Day with News10NBC's Lia Lando. Click play on the video player to see the interview.
