On Friday, State Senator Ted O’Brien will speak out against a possible hike in your utility bills. This could happen if the state moves forward with the plan to close the Indian Point Power Plant in Peekskill, 40 miles north of New York City.
It's a plan that O’Brien says would cost upstate New York taxpayers $200-million.
He will address the issue at 10:30 a.m. at his district office in Fairport.
