Rochester Police say a Rochester man was stabbed in the arm at Durand Beach following an argument around 1 a.m. Monday.
News10NBC is told the 24-year-old man was with a group of friends when they were approached by a group of six men.
According to police, the victim drove to a family member's home on Ridgeway Avenue in Rochester and called 911. He is at Rochester General Hospital and is expected to be alright.
Police say this stabbing incident is not connected to the deadly stabbing in April at Durand Beach. An arrest was made in that case.
News10NBC asked police if security at Durand Beach is changing because of the recent violence. According to police, nothing is changing right now.
