The Ontario County Sheriff's Office says a nineteen-year-old Canandaigua woman is facing drug charges after fleeing a party Sunday morning.
Deputies say the incident happened on State Route 364 in Canandaigua around 1:57 a.m.
Investigators say 19-year-old Christine Irving was at a drinking party when deputies arrived. They say Irving attempted to run from deputies but was eventually apprehended.
Deputies say they found Irving had marijuana, an alcoholic beverage and prescription pills in her possession. She was charged with possession of a prescription medication out of original container, unlawful possession of marijuana and possesion of an alcoholic beverage under the age of 21.
Irving was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
