Charcoal Corral won the Rochester Rocs! contest for best mini golf course.
It’s less than an hour drive from Rochester and it started out as a hot dog stand in the 1970’s. Now it’s a whole lot more.
We spoke with owner Rick Stefanon and asked what makes Charcoal Corral unique. He said, “I think it’s people coming out wit their families and forgetting all the high-tech, fast-paced problems and just enjoying good old-fashioned fun in a natural setting like we have here.”
Charcoal Corral also has a restaurant, a pizzeria and an ice cream parlor. There is a family arcade, live entertainment and of course the drive-in theatre.
