Tiger Woods played Oak Hill Tuesday morning in preparation for next week's PGA Championship. On Wednesday, Tiger was critical of the East Course.
Tiger Woods had Oak Hill's East Course to himself Tuesday morning and after playing a round, he is concerned with the greens. Woods met with reporters at the Bridgestone Invitational Wednesday, and without being prompted, he gave his opinion of the greens, saying they are"spotty".
Tiger feels that the greens are too slow and is curious as to how Oak Hill will try and speed them up before next week's PGA Championship. Earlier this month at the U.S. Open Championship, Tiger also said he had trouble reading the greens.
News10NBC has put in a call to both Oak Hill General Manager Dan Farrell and Superintendant Jeff Corcoran to get their reaction. We are waiting to hear back.
