A jury has found a Rochester man guilty of criminally negligent homicide and assault for running over a boy and killing him outside a Rochester elementary school.
James Bradley was found guilty of criminally negligent homicide and assault, but was found not guilty of manslaughter in the death of seven-year-old Sahmir Williams.
Police say Bradley was high on marijuana in May 2011 when he drove onto a field next to School No. 33 were several children were playing. Williams was killed and eight-year-old Kaly Garcia was injured.
Bradley is scheduled to be sentenced on October 4.
