The Greece Central School District and Greece Police are looking for the person or persons responsible for the graffiti found on the Greece Olympia High School building Friday.

School officials say the graffiti was found Friday morning on the south and east sides of the building. They say the graffiti consisted of profanity and pictures of the male anatomy. The graffiti was cleaned up early Friday afternoon.

The school district is working with police. They have no suspects at this time. They are also looking at surveillance video.

Greece Olympia released a statement on Twitter: "We are shocked and saddened by the graffiti we found on our building this morning. There is no place for that in our school or community. We know the vast majority of our students don't endorse or espouse such hateful rhetoric or acts of vandalism. Greece Police and district officials are working diligently to find out who did this. There will be consequences. Students, parents and community members who have knowledge of who did this  should call the anonymous safe school line at 1-800-418-6423."
