A woman accused of killing her husband, then reporting him missing to police last year, is waiting to hear a jury's verdict.

The jurors were dismissed Thursday evening. Investigators say Rose Chase pushed her husband, Adam Chase, down the stairs, killing him. Police say weeks later, she then dismembered and burned his body. She told investigators it was an accident.

Rose's defense team rested its case Thursday morning without calling one witness to the stand.

Deliberations will continue Friday. If convicted of murder, Rose Chase could face 25 years to life in prison.
