News10NBC has obtained the mug shot of Dawn Nguyen from the Monroe County Jail.
Nguyen was found guilty on Tuesday of falsifying business records and taken into custody until her sentencing in May because the judge felt she was a flight risk.
Prosecutors say Nguyen lied on the paperwork she filled out in order to purchase two guns for convicted felon William Spengler. Spengler killed firefighters Mike Chiapperini and Tomasz Kaczowka and injured two others on Christmas Eve 2012 in West Webster.
Nguyen is looking at a range from probation to four years in state prison. She also is facing charges in federal court and could be sentenced to more time behind bars if convicted there.
