Cairo man facing 2nd sex abuse charge

CAIRO - Police arrested a Cairo man on sex abuse charges for the second time.

James Stapchuk, 27, is accused of forcibly touching a woman who lives in the Round Top area.

Last month Stapchuk was arrested on similar charges with another victim.

He was sent to the Greene County Jail.
