Police pull over woman with 15 license suspensions

WATERFORD - A Watervliet woman with 15 suspensions on her license was stopped by police again Sunday.

Waterford police arrested 29-year-old Jessica Sitts while investigating a report of a reckless driver.

Police say she had a blood alcohol content of 0.09. The legal limit for operating a vehicle is 0.08.

Sitts had 15 prior suspensions, according to police. One of them was for an alcohol-related offense in 2010.

Sitts is due back in court next month.
