Glens Falls woman claims $5,300 in illegal benefits.

GLENS FALLS – Police say a woman received more than $5,350 in rental assistance benefits she wasn’t entitled to.

Jamey Lynn Hayes is accused of not reporting the income of a person living with her, and also that a child had moved out.

She is scheduled to re-appear in court, later this month.
