Legal haggling continues in 46th State Senate District race

FONDA - The legal haggling continues in the race for the 46th State Senate District in New York.

A judge in Montgomery County Monday heard arguments from both sides in the race between Republican George Amedore and Democrat Cecilia Tkaczyk

At this point Amedore holds a 111 vote lead.

Arguments are scheduled to resume Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. in Fonda.
