Funeral held for fallen Marine

MECHANINCVILLE – Funeral services were held at American Legion Post 91 for Lance Corporal Anthony Denier.

There was a standing room only crowd of people to honor the Marine who is being heralded a war hero for protecting his comrades last week.

Denier was killed in action on December, 2 in Afghanistan.

Denier will be buried with full Military honors at Saratoga National Cemetery.
