1 cup farro
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup heavy cream
teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup sliced shallots
1/4 cup sliced garlic
1/4 cup celery diced
1/2 cup fennel diced
2 star anise
2 oz. Pernod
4 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon salt
