Albany teen accused of assaulting elderly man faces charges

ALBANY - An Albany teen is facing charges after being accused of assaulting an elderly man to steal his wallet.

17 year old Tryze Miller is accused of knocking the 71-year-old victim to the ground near Lark and Lancaster Streets.

Police say he didn't get the wallet because a Good Samaritan stepped in and called for help.
