Schuylerville woman indicted in boyfriend’s death

SCHUYLERVILLE - A Saratoga County woman accused of using an AK47 assault rifle to kill a former boyfriend, has now been indicted on murder charges.

Joey Paul is scheduled to be arraigned on the indictment Friday.

She's accused of killing her ex-boyfriend Matthew Furlani at the pair's apartment in Schuylerville on July 1.

In addition to murder, she's also charged with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
