Police: Fatal Albany fire appears accidental

ALBANY - Police are now saying the fire that killed a woman on Arcadia Avenue, appears to be accidental.

Investigators, however, are still waiting for test results to determine how it started.

The early Sunday morning fire killed 23-year-old Megan Cunningham.

The Times Union reports Cunningham lived at the house and had been planning to move out.
