THE SILO
14oz Sirloin
Smashed Garlic Potatoes
Crispy Fried Onions
Scallions
Merlot Garlic Demi Glaze
Grill Sirloin to your liking
Boil potatoes add Butter / Cheddar Jack Cheese / Garlic / Salt & Pepper
Slice Onion very thin add flour deep fry
On oven top start with 1 cup Merlot Wine, 3 table spoons garlic, 1 table spoon beef base reduce and serve
