Early morning fire leave one homeless

WARRENSBURG - One person was displaced after an early morning house fire in Warren County.

A wood frame home on Ridge Avenue caught fire around 2:30 Monday morning.

A resident reported that fire may have spread into the wall from a wood stove.

No one was injured.

The second floor of the house sustained extensive damage.

The exact cause is under investigation.
