Columbia County businessman facing charges on sexual assault accusations

WATERVLIET - A Columbia County businessman is facing charges tonight, accused of sexually assaulting a woman at his business.

State Police accuse Mark Lecuyer of sexually assaulting a woman at Railroad Avenue Auto sAles and service in Chatham.

According to investigators Lecuyer lives in Watervliet.

He was arrested and arraigned on Monday and sent to the Columbia County Jail.
