HUDSON - A Columbia County businessman is no longer facing charges after a grand jury returned a "No True Bill" in his case.

State Police had accused Mark Lecuyer of sexually assaulting a woman at Railroad Avenue Auto Sales and service in Chatham.

The case was presented to a grand jury. The grand jury returned a "No True Bill" against Lecuyer, meaning they found no probable cause or evidence to show that a crime had been committed.
