Jury deliberate for third day in Wells trial

SCHENECTADY - Thursday marks the third day of jury deliberations in a murder trial of James Wells.

Wells is accused of shooting 15-year-old Eddie Stanley in 2011.

Prosecutors say the high school basketball player was killed during an argument over missing car keys at a house party on Bridge Street.

Jurors deliberated for ten hours Wednesday, without reaching a verdict.
