Woman stopped driving over four times legal limit

NEW LEBANON – New York State Police say they stopped a woman who was driving drunk at over four times the legal limit.

Troopers charged Jessica Bressette, 40, of Stephentown, with felony driving while intoxicated after she was stopped on Route 20 Sunday.

After a breath test police say she was found to have a BAC of 0.34 percent. The legal limit for operating a motor vehicle is 0.08 percent.

Bressette was arraigned in New Lebanon and released. She is due back in court on March 28.
