ALBANY - The New York State Assembly will reconvene Thursday morning to pass its version of the state budget.
Early Wednesday the senate passed its version of the $135 billion budget.
Majority Leader Dean Skelos' office tells us the budget passed with some democrat opposition.
The spending plan increases the minimum wage to $9 an hour over a three year period and offers tax relief for families and small businesses.
It also includes an education-funding bill that provides school districts with state aid.
