Sesame Fricos with Cumin Scented Mixed Bean Hummus

¾ c. Shredded Hard Cheese- Parmesan, Asiago (Hawthorne Valley Farm Alpine)
¼ c Raw Sesame Seeds
Preheat oven to 375 °
In bowl mix cheese and sesame seeds.
Line sheet pan with parchment paper
Drop 1-2 Tbls cheese & seed mixture in small piles leaving an inch in between.
Bake for 8 minutes until completely light golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Cumin Scented Mixed Bean Hummus
1c. Garbanzo Beans (dry prepared or canned-drained & rinsed)
1c. Cannelini Beans (dry prepared or canned-drained & rinsed)
¼ c. Tahini
1 Tbls Cumin Powder
1-2 Tbls fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
1-2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Hawthorne Valley Farm Hot Pepper Sauce
Sea Salt to Taste
In food processor- Combined Beans, Tahini, Cumin, and lemon juice. Process until smooth. With Processor running add extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. If mixture is too thick, thin with a splash of warm water.
