SCOTIA - It's normal to sell cigarettes, cigars, even incense out of a smoke shop, but cocaine?

That's what police say 24-year-old Donald Andrews was doing.

Andrews owns and operates Dabb City Smoke Shop in Scotia.

Police say he was selling cocaine out of the store.

He now faces several drug charges and is in the Schenectady County Jail.
