FORT PLAIN - Friday marks one week since flash floods devastated parts of the Capital Region, especially Fort Plain.
Cleanup is still going on and likely will be for some time and it’s costing money.
On Thursday, Governor Andrew Cuomo deployed the Department of Financial Services mobile command center to Montgomery County.
It will help homeowners and businesses expedite claims so they can get back on their feet.
Flood victims can also call the agency's disaster hotline at 1-800-339-1759.

2,500: Number of meals served at the shelter and throughout the community on Friday and Saturday
